Stuart Merrison
Stuart joined Lyndales in 2006 as a Litigation Solicitor. During his time at Lyndales, he has undertaken a broad range of contentious matters and developed a specialism in Landlord and Tenant litigation. He carries out much of his own advocacy in County, High Court and Tribunal.

He has previous extensive business experience which gives him a valuable edge when dealing with commercial disputes and business clients. He is though, down to earth and all his clients find him approachable with an ability to advise in plain English the best way forward to achieve client’s aims whatever the size or nature of the dispute. With three young daughters he necessarily has high energy levels and is adept at dispute resolution and mediation. He has a creative flair, which is reflected in his passion for carpentry and cabinet making and it is not unusual for him at the weekend to be babysitting while gluing a new table leg together.
