Kay Piper
Kay Piper is a residential and commercial conveyancer who qualified in 2002. Kay’s talents have led to a quick progression at Lyndales since she joined in January 2005 having recently been made a partner.

Kay is a bright young solicitor with excellent communication skills and a modern approach to conveyancing. Balancing the needs of her commercial and residential clients most effectively, she always maintains the highest levels of service. She has specialised experience of enfranchisement and lease extension matters, and is a recommended solicitor on the Leasehold Advisory Service website (www.lease-advise.org).

A lover of outdoors and keen traveller, Kay enjoys snowboarding and climbing. She also likes gardening, reading, watching films and practicing yoga. She lives in Hertfordshire with her husband, whom she married in 2008.
