New business service
Our New Business Service is a cost-effective way for new businesses to get expert advice during their first year of operation.

Various packages are available. Starting from as little as £250 per month (for a minimum of 10 months), all packages offer the benefit of Lyndales' continuous involvement and in-depth knowledge.

The range of services offered includes:
· Attending initial meetings with the new business owners, to discuss their ideas in general and to advise on the types of documents required to ensure the business is properly organised, and the rights and obligations of directors and shareholders are understood.

· Advising and drafting shareholder or partnership agreements, and working closely with the accountants and directors of the company to ensure the necessary legal documents are in place to protect the parties and the business.

· Help in thinking business problems through, effective negotiation, and having a sympathetic and experienced ear to listen and bounce ideas off.

· Assistance in writing business plans.

· Introducing new businesses to finance and marketing expertise and Lyndales' network of contacts.
