A resolution of convenience.
We act for a retailer who operates a number of convenience and sandwich bars in central London. We reviewed a lease for an outlet in a shopping centre which gave the landlord a right to relocate the business within the centre at a later date. Having researched the legal implications and advised the client, he was able to negotiate a substantial reduction in the premium paid for the lease.
